What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership process aimed at finding solutions, achieving goals, and unlocking your potential.

The coach asks questions that help you recognize your strengths, overcome inner barriers, and discover suitable pathways. Together, we create an atmosphere of respect, trust, and collaboration where you can grow and attain the desired harmony.

And also indicate how to act and live correctly, what the best decision is, who to become, where to invest money, how to marry a millionaire, etc.

Every request is unique, and you know best what task is important to you right now. Coaching helps explore your needs and find solutions that are right for you. Below are a few examples of questions we can think about together.

What is outside the scope of coaching?

Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment. A coach does not work with mental illnesses. A coach does not provide legal, financial, or other specialized advice.

Coaching does not include mentorship, training, or management of the client’s actions. The responsibility for decisions and outcomes always remains with the client.

A coach helps to work on the client’s own goals but does not engage in changing third parties.

How does work proceed in a coaching format?

Before we begin our full-fledged work together, I propose an online meeting for an introduction. This is an opportunity to discuss your request, learn more about the coaching format, and ask all important questions. We will also determine if it feels comfortable for us to work together and if this approach suits you. This introductory session lasts 30–60 minutes and is always free. It is not deep work, but a great chance to outline our next steps.

🔹 Work Format:
Core coaching sessions occur 1 to 2 times a week, but at least once every two weeks. It is optimal to set up 8–10 sessions in advance to:
✅ Dig deeper into your request.
✅ Find and test workable solutions.
✅ Start seeing real changes.

At the same time, the work remains flexible: if coaching does not bring the desired results or contradicts your inner feelings, either the client or the coach can terminate the interaction at any moment.

🔹 Duration and Cost:

  • Duration of each session: 30–60 minutes.
  • Cost: 150 zlotys per session.

🔹 Meeting Format:
Meetings are held online, but if you are in Krakow, in-person meetings are possible. The cost of in-person meetings is discussed individually, as it depends on the time and location of the meeting.

What does a coach do in a session?

Coaching is not about advice, motivational speeches or ready-made solutions. The coach doesn’t provide answers because your best answers are within you.

In our sessions, I:
🔹 Ask questions that help you view the situation more deeply and broadly. Sometimes a single unexpected question can change your entire perspective on a problem.
🔹 Help structure your thoughts and set priorities. When everything is chaotic in your mind, it’s hard to move forward. Coaching helps to see a clear picture.
🔹 Create a space for reflection. It’s important to not just think, but to understand what truly matters.
🔹 Assist you in finding solutions that are right for you. No one knows better than you what works for you.

But ultimately, all decisions, steps, and conclusions are yours to make. I am here to help you hear yourself, organize your thoughts, and move forward with confidence.

About Me

I am currently studying at CoachingUp University, an accredited organization by the standards of the International Coaching Federation [ICF, USA], the European Mentoring and Coaching Council [EMCC, Belgium], and the Association for Coaching [AC, UK], and I am now at Level 2. I successfully completed the first level of training, which confirms my competencies in coaching.

I received my first higher education degree in sociology, where I studied data collection and analysis methods in depth. Later, I continued my studies and spent three years studying psychological counseling as part of my second degree. This training was an important stage in my development as a professional, and I take pride in the depth of knowledge and practical skills it has provided me.

At the beginning of my career, I worked for over seven years in the field of marketing research, creating, organizing, designing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative studies both on the agency side and the client side. Then I spent more than eight years working in a puppet theater as an actress while combining this work with administrative tasks.

Six years ago, I emigrated to Poland and now live in Krakow. During this time, I worked in IT, first as a programmer and then as a project manager. This diverse experience helps me better understand different life situations and support clients on their journey to change.

I became a mother at 40, and this experience opened new horizons for me in understanding the balance between work, family, and personal interests.

During the COVID pandemic, pregnancy, and the first couple of years of motherhood, I gained 20 kg. However, within six months, I managed to lose 18 kg, and I have maintained this result for six months now. This experience has given me confidence and acceptance of an even broader range of life situations.

Additionally, I have visited 37 countries, many of which I have traveled to multiple times, studying their cultures and characteristics in depth. This has provided me with a broad perspective and openness to new viewpoints and cultures.

I am passionate about active tourism and have tried what seems like almost everything during my years of traveling. I especially love hiking in the mountains — my highest conquered peak is at an altitude of 5400 meters. But I have also had vibrant experiences in other types of travels: water, horseback, skiing, road trips, and even hikes where dozens of kilometers were covered on skates.

I also have significant long-term experience with personal psychotherapy, which has enriched my understanding of internal processes and personal development.

For many years, Argentine tango has been an important part of my life — it is my inspiration and a way to maintain harmony in life.
